ISODIOL INTERNATIONAL INC. - DELAY IN FILING AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - OBTAINS MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER FROM BCSC Isodiol International Inc. has a delay in the filing of its audited annual financial statements, related management's discussion and analysis, and supporting officer certificates for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. The filings are required to be *** with the relevant securities regulatory authorities on or before July 29, 2019. The anticipated delay of its filings is a result of delays in getting access to accounting information pursuant to dispositions of subsidiaries for which the company no longer has management influence over. The company notes that such delays have been resolved and the company is now in the final stages of the audit and anticipates completing its filings before Aug. 16, 2019. The company has obtained a management cease trade order from the relevant securities regulators as contemplated by National Policy 12-203, Management Cease Trade Orders, of the Canadian Securities Administrators. ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS WITH CARLSBAD NATURALS LLC The asset purchase agreement among Isodiol International Inc., Iso International LLC and Carlsbad Naturals LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, and the asset purchase agreement among the company, Iso International and Carlsbad Naturals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, have been terminated as a result of Carlsbad New Mexico and Carlsbad Wyoming's failure to perform their respective obligations under the agreements, including the obligation to transfer to the company the intellectual properties, brands and other assets that formed the subject matter of the transactions. The transactions relating to these asset purchase agreements were announced and described in the company's news release dated Feb. 14, 2019. The company is working with its professional advisers to unwind the transactions.

Super schwierig einzuschätzen. Ich schaue selber nur noch von der Seite zu. Erstmal den Sommer abwarten und sehen was Ende des Jahres passiert. Der Kurs spiegelt in meinen Augen mal gar nicht den Wert des Unternehmens wieder
