Dividend Payment The Company announced that its board of directors (the “Board”) approved an annual cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 of US$0.5 per ordinary share, or US$1.0 per ADS, to holders of ordinary shares and holders of ADSs, respectively, as of the close of business on April 9, 2026 Beijing/Hong Kong Time and New York Time, respectively, payable in U.S. dollars. Kein Aprilscherz....Normal bei JD....bei 23,7 und 24,2 haben wir einen GAP....JD schließt diese fast Ausnahmslos. ;)
