CMB.Tech (NYSE:CMBT) and Golden Ocean (NASDAQ:GOGL) said Wednesday they signed an agreement for a stock-for-stock merger valued at ~$1.5B, as contemplated by the term sheet previously announced on April 22. As stipulated in the original deal, CMB.Tech (NYSE:CMBT) would be as the surviving entity, based on an exchange ratio of 0.95 shares of CBM.Tech for each share of Golden Ocean (NASDAQ:GOGL), Upon completion of the merger, CMB.Tech (CMBT) shareholders would own ~70% of the combined company's total issued share capital, and Golden Ocean (GOGL) shareholders would own the remaining ~30%. The merger would create one of the world's largest listed diversified maritime groups, with a combined fleet of ~250 vessels.

Ich denke da passiert nicht mehr viel mit Zöllen. Trumpi und Kollegen haben sich die Taschen vollgestopft und gut , der weiß ganz genau wie es der USA schaden würde .

Auf über drei Jahrestief finde ich auch interessant wie ist es mit der Dividende? Ist die Quellsteuerfrei weil der Sitz auf den Bahamas ist?
