Leo Lithium verfügt noch über einen weiteren Cashbestand und im Dokument ist erwähnt, dass Ganfeng über 20 Jahre eine gross revenue fee in Höhe von 1,5 Prozent an Leo Lithium zahlen muss (1.5% of the gross revenue received from the sale of lithium products from Goulamina Stage 1, by reference to the Ganfeng offtake agreement, subject to volume cap of 500,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate per annum; and valid over a 20 year period, commencing from first commercial shipment). Je nach Umsatz/Gewinn, den die Mine erwirtschaftet, kann da einiges zusammenkommen. Von einer Auflösung der Firma lese ich nichts, sie scheint auch börsennotiert zu bleiben, nur das Projekt in Mali wird Leo abgekauft. Leo muss dann auch fortbestehen, wenn 20 Jahre lang eine Einnahme vereinbart wurde, die den Aktionären zugute kommt. Wir als Aktionäre müssen der Vereinbarung überdies zustimmen. So verstehe ich das Ganze.
