Darum stieg der Kurs gestern Abend : Marapharm acquires 1.5 million Veritas units 2017-10-18 17:00 ET - News Release Ms. Linda Sampson reports MARAPHARM VENTURES INC. ANNOUNCES THAT IT HAS PURCHASED AN ADDITIONAL 1.5 MILLION UNITS OF VERITAS PHARMA INC. Marapharm Ventures Inc. filed today an early warning report advising that it has purchased a total of 1.5 million units of Veritas Pharma Inc. at a purchase price of 28 cents per unit, each unit consisting of one common share in the share capital of the issuer and one common share purchase warrant of the issuer, exercisable at a price of 45 cents per common share for a period of 18 months. At the close of the issuer's unit offering, Marapharm's ownership of the 1.5 million common shares represents approximately 3.48 per cent of the issuer's 43,136,923 issued and outstanding common shares and, assuming the exercise of the 1.5 million warrants, would represent 6.72 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer. Immediately before the transaction, Marapharm owned and controlled a total of five million common shares, representing approximately 11.59 per cent of the current share capital of the issuer, and five million warrant shares in the share capital of the issuer (the warrants purchased as a unit with the five million common shares), and an additional five million warrants of the issuer to purchase one common share in the share capital of the issuer on the exercise of the five million additional warrants. Marapharm now holds a total of 6.5 million common shares, representing approximately 15.1 per cent of the share capital of the issuer, and assuming the exercise of the company's total 11.5 million warrants, Marapharm would hold a total of 18 million common shares or approximately 32.94 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer. The securities were acquired for investment purposes, and, subject to regulatory requirements, the company may acquire additional securities of the issuer in the future. The common shares of the issuer are listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and were acquired or subscribed for pursuant to an offering of units conducted by the issuer. An early warning report for Marapharm has been filed on SEDAR and will be available for review at SEDAR under the issuer's profile.

Gehirn einsxhalten und ein bisschen Menschenverstand reichen meistens. Dann kann man nämlich auf Analysten und Pollingers verzichten. Wie ich von Anfang an schon sagte, wer hier sein ganzes Vermögen aufgrund von Empfehlungen reinpumpt, der hat ist entweder noch ganz neu, oder der hat nichts verstanden

geht immer nur extrem, oder? in nur fünf posts alles dabei: von 'konkurs' bis 'kurzfristig mehrere 100%'. abwarten leute, das kann was werden. muss aber auch nicht. aber eine echte empfehlung habe ich auch: bestellt den pollinger-newsletter ab. der mann handelt auf absolut eigene rechnung (was ja ok ist). aber als anleger kann man mit seinen tipps kaum geld verdienen. da ist ein besuch in der spielbank wirklich effektiver und die chancen zu gewinnen deutlich höher. ich hatte den letter auch mal. und verfolge auch seine empfehlungen. da ist NIX dabei, was erfolgsversprechend ist. außer natürlich marapharm. aber da war ich auch schon vor dem newsletter drin...:-)
