Keszte hat vollkommen recht, die letzten Jahre ist alles zu schnell gewachsen. Jetzt fällts uns auf die Füße.

Unglaublich dass die Amateure dort eine Professionalität vorgegaukelt haben und einige enthusiastische Anleger alles geglaubt haben. Leider wird das betrügen in Deutschland auch leicht gemacht.

My time here was filled with long days, countless learnings, friendships, and many moments of joy. There is a lot to reflect on about what could’ve been done differently to avoid bankruptcy. There will surely be professional articles about it down the line as the curtains get lifted. In my view, based on my experience both in engineering and in production, the core issue is simple. We grew too fast before nailing down the product. This led to inefficiencies across the company resulting in spending more than we could afford. Put another way, the company professionalized too early, and the resulting processes and complexity slowed down the innovation beyond saving. We need to acknowledge that this balance is not straightforward. Designing an aircraft that carries people needs to be done by professional companies, but startups need to find ways to remain lean as long as their products are validated. The key now is to learn our lessons and make sure to do better next time. Lilium has been an extraordinary place to work at, and will always be part of our memories. Kudos to all the brave Lilians for trying to crack the tough nut that is deep tech in Germany! Here's to new beginnings and carrying the lessons forward!

Ich werde mir jetzt noch einmal die Beiträge im Hauptforum ansehen, in denen das Management von Lilium für seine Kompetenz gelobt wurde.Anschließend wird der Fall Lilium wohl in der Geschichte verschwinden, ähnlich wie es bei Cargolifter der Fall war.Obwohl dieser Vergleich von vielen Fanboys hier als unzulässig abgetan wurde, verliefen die Ereignisse bis auf einige Details doch sehr ähnlich.
