LAC hat das doch klar kommuniziert, dass die zukünftige Entwicklung an das Urteil gekoppelt ist, oder?

Moin in die Runde...steht schon ein Datum fest wann die Firma genau gesplittet wird? Oder hat das schon stattgefunden?

Der Versuch die Genehmigungsverfahren (nicht nur für den Abbau von Rohstoffen) grundsätzlich zu erleichtern ist vor Weihnachten gescheitert. Für mich bleibt es die Never-ending-story. Kennt jemand den aktuellen Status zum Projekt Cauchari-Olaroz?

Recht einseitig. Die Statements an die Gegenseite waren genauso kritisch. Das war ihr Job .Wie gesagt, nichts überraschendes.
