Under the Agreement, a key milestone in LieNA® piloting is the production of lithium phosphate derived from spodumene concentrate provided by MinRes. Lithium Australia is pleased to confirm that the operation of the LieNA® pilot plant at ANSTO is now complete. The lithium phosphate produced is now being analysed to determine the final product specifications in preparation for refining. This analysis and associated refining is expected to be completed by end 2024.The fourth drawdown from MinRes takes the total drawn to ~A$4.2m from the A$4.5m convertible note. The draw down will be used to fund ongoing activities during Q1 FY25. Agreed activities under the Agreement include the completed piloting activities as well as the demonstration plant engineering study, which is being delivered by Carnac Project Delivery Services and remains on track for completion in 2024. Subject to the results of product analysis and engineering study, Lithium Australia and MinRes will form a 50:50 joint venture (“JV”) to commercialise the LieNA® technology through a licensing model. The JV will wholly own the LieNA® technology and expects to license the technology to third parties at a target headline gross product royalty rate of 8%4. das Announcement : Lithium Australia completes LieNA® piloting and confirms fourth drawdown from Mineral Resources , beinhaltet mehrere Gute News , vor allem sind wiederA$ 1.200.000.- in die Kasse von LIT Bereich LieNa geflossen. 👍 , es sind noch A$ 300.000.- von den Ges. 4,5 Mio übrig. ....da könnte man m.M.n eine schöne Party veranstalten mit Bootsauflug usw. von Melbourne nach Queensland zu VSPC , Brisbane , Gold Coast , Great Barrier Reef , usw. und zurück. https://investorhub.lithium-au.com/announcements/4308635 Ich habe die Optionen noch einmal ausgegraben, die mit 0,0499 A$ könnten zu je 0,0101 A$ gekauft werden, diese haben ein Verfallsdatum zum 28.02.2025, sie würden also erst eingelöst werden, wenn der Kurs mindestens 0,06 A$ (0,037 Euro) beträgt, damit man den Einsatz von 0,0101 A$ nicht verliert.. Der Erlös würde dann 0,0499 A$ x 61.715.990 Aktien = 3.079.627,90 A$ betragen, die in die Kassen von LIT fließen würden, wenn alle diese Optionen ausgeübt würden. Das war das Wort zum Donnerstag. ...es ist sehr ruhig auf HC, nur Pancake hat heute seinen üblichen Senf dazugegeben , der arme Kerl musste sich das ganze Video ansehen und all die Neuigkeiten erfahren , obwohl er ein Non-holder ist. ha ha

die 10-20 Euro-Cents in 2-3 Jahren würden bedeuten, dass die Geschäftsleitung mit ihren Ende 2025 (ca. 18 Monate ) auslaufenden Boni die an einer einer Kurshöhe gebunden sind eventuell leer ausgehen und das die ca. 130 Mio LITOB unter 0,10 A$ (6,2 Euro-Cents) nicht ausgelöst werden würden ohne drauf zu zahlen wenn der Kurs unter A$ 0,10 für Jahre bleibt . Die Stichtage kennen wir ja. Ich wäre mit einer Zeitnahen „Subvention“ von 5-10 Millionen A$ mehr als zufrieden, aber ich schaue mir auch Seite 19 an und denke daran, dass LIT bereits 50 Millionen A$ in VSPC investiert hat. https://investorhub.lithium-au.com/announcements/6433528 bei einer möglichen Government Partnership ( es ist aktuell nach Common Knowledge nicht so , wird auch eventuell nie so kommen, es könnte nur so kommen , oder LIT wünschte sich nur sowas und hat das in der Präsentation nur abgebildet um eventuell anzugeben , wichtig machen , usw. ) oder möglichem International Partnership (...) müsste m.M.n für LIT aber schon mehr rausspringen , entweder es könnte , muss nicht sein , ist noch nicht , kann auch nie kommen , das Model Lizenzgebühren kommen wie beim MinRes/lieNA JV vorhaben ( was nicht nicht sicher ist dass es kommt ) und die kosten tragen die LFP / LFMP Bauer. Am Ende, egal wie, sollten m.M.N mindestens die 50 Millionen A$ VSPC-Vorinvestitionen + Gewinn herauskommen, aber schon in einem gewissen Zeitrahmen , also keine 50 oder 200 Jahre.

Alles gut. Ich bin bullisch wie Du, aber Dein Enthusiasmus ist unerreicht. Dementsprechend wäre ich mit Subventionen i. H. v. ca. 5-10 Mio. $ und einem Kursziel von 10-20 €-Cent in zwei bis drei Jahren bereits mehr als zufrieden.

@Coroner123 Danke für die Info , das Wort möchte hatte ich oder der Übersetzer falsch gewählt. Es sah so aus als wäre "möchte" das selbe wie "könnte". Ich möchte gerne noch ein Bier , oder könnte ich bitte noch ein Bier haben ist natürlich was anderes. Mein Fehler , es war keinerlei Absicht. Ich schreibe in Zukunft so dass alles nur sein könnte und nicht so ist , oder nicht so ist und könnte eventuell so sein. Nur noch das was in den Annoncements schwarz auf weiss nachzulesen ist und in Engl. Sprache - copy and paste werde ich hier posten. Außer natürlich es ist meine persönliche Meinung zu etwas. 😉
