Ein private placement ist gut für Manganese; auch die Höhe ist für weitere Investitionen hilfreich. Allerdings verwässert dies auch den Kurs, da die Common shareholders sich nicht beteiligen können. Insgesamt bewerte ich die neue Situation für Manganese positiv.

Manganese X Energy Corp. (TSXV: MN) (FSE: 9SC2) (OTC Pink: SNCGF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing to raise up to $750,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering is anticipated to be structured as a best efforts private placement comprised of 5,000,000 units ("Units") of the Company at a price of $0.15 per Unit to raise aggregate proceeds of up to $750,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle its holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.25 for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the private placement. Completion of the Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the Exchange and the securities regulatory authorities. There can be no assurance that the Offering will be completed, whether in whole or in part. All securities issued by the Company in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory four month hold period. Proceeds from the Offering will be used for exploration, growth, research and development, marketing, and general working capital purposes.

Mal schauen wie es weiter geht.

Besten Dank. Lithium Mangan Batterien können auch wesentlich schneller aufgeladen werden. 3M hat m.W. ein Patent angemeldet. Und Manganese spricht von Verhandlungen mit nichtgenannten Unternehmen. Vielleicht geht es in diese Richtung. Falls es etwas wird können Explorationsunternehmen auch später als Paket verkauft werden Kannst Du ein paar Quellen über Berichte nennen?

Wir sind unter uns ;-) Verhandlung mit 3M oder eher eine Befürchtung?

Moin Gemeinde :-)! Still alive 'n Raisin!! Bin immer noch investiert hier. Hab bei manchen Sachen viel Geduld. Und meist Mittelfristige Horizonte! Paar "handfeste" News und ein positiver Ausblick und schon gehts UPUPUP!! Hoffentlich ;-))! Schönen Abend allseits!

Das ist in der Penny Stock Arena nun mal auch ein Glücksspiel. Die einzige Möglichkeit Nichts zu verlieren, ist nichts zu versuchen.

Das war ein guter Einstieg. Ich habe im Schnitt um die 9 Cent.

manganese dümpelt ja wirklich schon eine ganze zeit rum aber ich halte meine 50 tsd shares weiter fest! Der CEO hat den stillstand sehr vertrauend erweckend erklärt! Bin zzt mit mal 30 mal 50% im plus! Nach langer Beobachtung habe ich im Aug letzden Jahres zu 0,045 zugeschlagen und lass sie einfach liegen!
