die Dividende wurde bisher auch ohne Steward bezogen. Die machten lediglich 25% aus. natürlich ist das viel aber die Mieten blieben vorher auch schon eine Zeit aus und MPW war in der Lage noch Dividenden zu zahlen. Den Verlust von Steward hat man doch schon längst einkalkuliert.

Im selben Artikel heißt es leider auch: "The health care network [Steward] said it will continue to operate its 32 hospitals, including eight in Massachusetts, while it restructures its finances under court supervision." Hört sich für mich so an, als möchte Steward alle Krankenhäuser selbst weiterbetreiben.
