Bin auch seid einigen Monaten erst investiert. Bisher absolut ruhig. Sehr angenehme Aktie u. Eben ne schöne Dividende. Vielleicht festigt sich die 17€ ja jetzt mal andauernd.

Achja: Div.: 0,28USD pro Quartal bei Kurs 16,91€

Bin jetzt auch rein. Seit 2009 ein stabiler Verlauf. Die Dividende steigt Jahr für Jahr und beim derzeitigen Dollarkurs komme ich auf ne Div.-Rendite von 5.6 %/a. Man darf halt keine Exzesse erwarten.

Hab MPW Januar 2020 geholt, aktuell steh ich bei ungefähr -10% (hab keine Nachkäufe gemacht). Achte aber bei MPW auch nicht wirklich drauf, das ding soll einfach so nebenbei laufen.

Von Jussi Askola heute auf Seekingalpha: Medical Properties Trust (MPW): We are reporting no change to our Strong Buy rating or our Buy Under Price. The main takeaway for MPW is that it is very aggressively buying new properties. Year-to-date, it has already announced nearly $4 billion worth of new acquisitions for a $12 billion market cap. That's a very rapid expansion. And fortunately for MPW, it is earning a nice spread on these investments because it is getting very attractive cap rates at near 9% GAAP and 7% first-year cash, and it is funding these investments with a ~5-6% average cost of capital. These large spreads are resulting in substantial FFO and AFFO per share growth, both of which grew by 13% in the second quarter relative to the same period last year. Even then, MPW's share price has underperformed lately because the market has become increasingly concerned about two things: (1) the large equity issuances, and (2) its high exposure to Steward. These are real risks to consider, but we are not particularly worried about them at this point because: (1) the equity raises create value for shareholders by earning positive spreads, increasing their scale, and reinforcing their balance sheet. The management explicitly said in the earnings call that "growth for the sake of growth is not consistent with the way we've built MPW. Our deals have always been immediately accretive." (2) Moreover, Steward's total coverage is at an all-time high with MPW and well in excess of the average operator. MPW is buying more Steward-operated facilities so clearly, they are not too worried and I trust their assessment of the risk much more than that of some hit piece from the mainstream media. So all in all, we have a REIT that's firing on all cylinders, growing at a rapid pace, and not getting the credit that it deserves. We think that MPW is more valuable than it has ever before, but you can still buy it at a 20% discount to pre-crisis levels. Offering a 5.7% dividend yield, and trading at just 11.5x FFO, we think that the company is deeply undervalued. You can read our full investment thesis here

Seitwärts geht es. Aber ich bin hier gern investiert, 5,5% Dividende und weiteres Wachstum sind enorm! Ich bin auch leicht im minus, aber macht nichts aus, nächstes Jahr liegen wir über 18-20 Euro.
