Although it didn’t address the concern it seems to stand by it’s prior commitments to reshape the company. TIme will tell but I’m not convinced yet they’re history. Jmo. As we mentioned on our previous earnings call, we have spent a significant amount of time evaluating our long-term strategy and how to best position MedMen for profitability while also maintaining growth. We have set five specific goals for the Company, which include: 1) focusing on our core markets, while simultaneously divesting any non-core assets; 2) reducing our corporate SG&A; 3) driving asset-level EBITDA at both our retail stores and factories; 4) limiting our cash outlays over the next 12 months; and 5) reinvesting in both our employees and our culture.
