So ist das im Normalfall. Allerdings hat NBH in der letzten News folgendes geschrieben um Anrecht an den NBH Newco Aktien zu bekommen: „In order to be an eligible stockholder to receive the subscription rights, holders must register their Next Bridge common stock directly with the Company's transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC ("AST"), at or prior to the close of business on the 60th day after the Form S-1 filed…“ Ich glaube wir mit unseren deutschen Brokern haben zu AST keinen Zugang🤷🏻♂️
Und was passiert wenn ich das nicht mache?

Ich bin bei Consors, hast du mal gefragt ob die nicht schon dort liegen? Normalerweise sollten Broker dies ohne Aufforderung automatisch tun.
