Ich würde einfach mal so kündigen, wenn keiner reagiert muss man das natürlich einklagen. Wenn das Spielchen weiter geht, so steht sicherlich auch Geld zur Verfügung um unsere minimalen Summen auszuzahlen.

Die DMR geht aktuell davon aus, dass das Kündigungsrecht wegen Nichtzahlung bei den einzelnen Anleihegläubigern liegt. Wenn die anstehende Zinszahlung auch bei der 26 nicht gezahlt wird, so können auch die Gläubiger der 26er Anleihe kündigen.

Prinzipiell ist bei der Kündigung die Metalcorp verpflichtet die Anleihe zu 100 Prozent zurückzuzahlen inkl. Zinsen.
Und selbst wenn es zu einer Einigung kommt, ist man doch lieber raus aus der Anleihe als weiterhin investiert.

Am besten, Ihr kündigt noch vor der Abstimmung am 16. Juni die Anleihe 20/22 und rettet eure Investition.

Well, liquidation is time consuming and you can expect only a small part of your invested money - I guess without any interest rates, you'll receive 4-6 percent. Lawyers, banks, liquidators are satisfied first and bond shareholders second.
Otherwise if Metalcorp proceeds operation, ensuring business transparency and monitoring, you'll have the chance of payout nominal amount of bonds with higher capitalized interest in 2026.
Now-that's most important- Metalcorp needs to reveal what's still necessary to ensure steady state including export, refinery etc

So stake your claims....:-)) Nevertheless video conferences between DMR, Metalcorp and ad-group are ongoing, hopefully with useful results. My assumption is that Metalcorp will receive new loans to ensure operation in Africa in 2023/24 under guarantee of participation and decision rights in business. If that happens, we'll have a good chance for payout in 2026. From my point of view bankruptcy is no alternative.

If that happens, we'll have a good chance for payout in 2026.
From my point of view bankruptcy is no alternative.
