Ich frag mal im Unternehmen nach

Versteh' ich auch nicht.

Naja eine Frage ist noch offen .. kommen 800.000 zu den 2 Mio hinzu oder wurde von 2 Mio auf 800.000 reduziert ?

Was kann der Grund sein das nicht 2Mio. Stk. ausgegeben worden sind, wenn man das schon angekündigt hatte? @Sheldon es zahlt die Bonis ja nicht direkt, sondern durch Ausgabe neuer Aktien. Allerdings war das bereits angekündigt und sind somit keine "schlechten" News.

Aber wenn ein Unternehmen doch Boni zahlt, dann ist es doch eigentlich recht solide oder?

Das sind Boni für Manager... worüber die Anteilseigner bei der nächsten Versammlung abstimmen... weiß nur nicht was RSU bedeutet.

800.000 von möglichen 2 Mio. Damit is das auch zu dann.

Verstehe ich jetzt nicht ganz genau .. Millennial vergibt 800.000 von 2 Mio oder in Summe 2.8 Mio ohne einen Preis an gewisse Mitarbeite, Angestellte und Manager?

Each RSU, when it vests, entitles the holder to acquire one common share (the "RSU Shares") of the Company. Any RSU Shares issued are subject to a four month resale restriction imposed by TSX Venture Exchange policies which ends four months after the award of the RSU. The award of the 800,000 RSUs represents the balance of the RSUs available under the Plan. No further RSU awards can be made under the Plan.
