Salmonellen befallen Pflanzen Kürzlich entdeckten Wissenschaftler um den Genetiker Heribert Hirt von der Universität Wien, dass Salmonellen nicht nur in Huhn und *** wunderbar gedeihen. Sie können auch in Pflanzenzellen eindringen und sich vermehren. Die Forscher hatten einzelne Bakterien mit einem fluoreszierenden Eiweiß gekennzeichnet. So konnten sie nachweisen, dass die Krankheitserreger, sobald sie in Kontakt mit Wurzeln kamen, in die Pflanze wanderten. „Nach drei Stunden waren sie in den feinen Wurzelhaaren zu finden, nach 17 Stunden bereits in den Zellen dickerer Ausläufer“, berichtet Heribert Hirt.. Kann also sehr wohl in Veganer Ernährung vorkommen.

Mit Sicherheit nicht Salmonellen gibt es zb in Eiern Wäre sogar noch vegetarisch, aber nicht vegan. Muß also gekennzeichnet werde !
