Die Umwandlung ihrer Oxide in Metalle und Legierungen ist ein nötiger Schritt zu einem Endprodukt. Und dieses ist garnicht so easy ohne China. Vielleicht drückt dies in Zukunft noch den Kurs etwas runter.
