Nein hauptsächlich um die Erhöhung auf 2,25 Mrd. zu verteidigen/rechtzufertigen.Du sagst wahrscheinlich,aber es kann immer noch abgestimmt werden.Vom Tisch ist die Erhöhung auf 5Mrd noch nicht.

Das alles wird geprüft und danach wird weiter entschieden....

So the 8-K (and this associated amendment to the proxy statement) seems to indicate that due to the litigation against Mullen, the company will NOT be amending the certificate of incorporation regardless of the results of the vote on Jan 19, pending the results of the court hearing on Jan 23. Both the Reverse Split (Proposal [\#1](https://www.stocktwits.com/topic/1)) and increasing the authorized shares (Proposal [\#2](https://www.stocktwits.com/topic/2)) require an amendment to the certificate of incorporation, so this means that the company will still be unable to make good on the SPA deals and will receive no new funding from the SPA until the court case is resolved.  So on the one hand, this means an additional delay to further dilution. But on the other hand, does the company have sufficient funding for operations until this matter is resolved?

Zwei Klagen sind anhängig in denen behauptet wird, das die Erhöhung der Aktien auf 2,25 Millarden nicht rechtens war. Ausserdem wird die Gründungsurkunde und der Firmensitz nicht geändert, sodass wahrscheinlich nicht auf 5 Milliarden Aktien erhöht wird...... Oberflächlich gesagt.
