Because this takeover will take a few months to clear regulatory hurdles and officially close, the formal tender offer price from the bidder will automatically drop from €81.00 to €80.00 per share.

Ich bin zu 33,20 rein, nehme die Divi mit und werde meine Aktien für das Übernahmeangebot von 81€ andienen. So schnell brauche ich das Geld nicht um auf eine (relativ) sichere Rendite zu verzichten. Gründerfamilie gibt 20% ab, der Vorstand gibt seine Pakete dazu und Persistent ist schon mit 50% zu Frieden.

Stimme ich auch voll zu, und im Vorfeld immer ein langer massiver Kursverfall, doch die BaFin unternimmt nichts.Dies betrifft Unternehmen wie Compugroup, Suse, Nürnberger Versicherungen, Klöckner, Delivery Hero und Metro.
