Augenscheinlich gibt es keinen Grund weshalb der Deal nicht zustandekommen könnte. Zu 100% Verlust wirds auch nach einem höchstunwarscheinlichen platzen der Fusion auch nicht kommen, da Nagarro nicht in die Insolvenz rutscht.
