"It has been roughly nine months since the establishment of ImmunityBio (IBRX) following the merger with its sister company, NantKwest. In addition, the company has advanced their "Universal Boost" COVID T-cell vaccine into a Phase III study. What is more, the company has acquired several vaccine platforms comprising DNA to RNA to subunit proteins and has scaled their GMP capacity for vaccines and NK cells. Furthermore, ImmunityBio has advanced their trial enrollments in their pancreatic, breast, and bladder cancers. Moreover, the company received patents for their cancer vaccine and bladder cancer therapy to extend up to 2038. Additionally, the company is in a strong financial position following $300M in new debt financing from Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong's NantCapital. Last but not least, the company expects to file their BLA for bladder cancer in Q1 of next year. ImmunityBio had a banner year in terms of strategic milestones that will set the company up for another strong year in 202.
