Ich habe gestern NSP mal angeschrieben und darum gebeten mal etwas über die zukünftigen Projekte, Ausrichtung, Lizenzen usw. zu berichten. Habe noch am gleichen Tag eine Antwort von Brent Rusin erhalten. Hier die Email im Original: Hi Hombre, Thank you for your support of Naturally Splendid. Here is a brief overview of the company: Assets / Intellectual Property /Technology • 51% ownership of the POS-BPC ( Bio processing Facility ) located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Facility will be used to produce the company’s patent pending HempOmega™ ingredient and the recently announced Hemp Protein Isolate which we have received a provisional patent for. With minor upgrades the facility could also be utilized for Cannabinoid extraction and formulation, something the company is gearing it’s self towards for the pending legalization of Hemp/Cannabis next year. • 100% ownership of proprietary HempOmega™ ( Patent- Pending ) • 100% of new Hemp Protein Isolate ( Provisional Patent ) • 100% ownership of Cannabinoid Extraction and Formulation Technology – ( For both Hemp and Marijuana derived Cannabinoids ) • 100% ownership of the NATERA® hemp and superfood brand • 100% of Prosnack Natural Foods Inc. and their ElevateMe™ brand + packaging Equipment ( Worth Over $300,000 ) Prosnack also does private labelling for a wide array of clients. • 100% ownership of the Pawsitive FX™ pet care brand • 100% ownership Chi Hemp Industries ( CHII ™ ) e-commerce brand that was established in 1998 and acquired by Naturally Splendid in 2015. • Leasing packaging equipment ( Lease to own ) , used for Naturally Splendid house brands ( Natera® and CHII ™) as well co-packing clients looking for packaging needs, we currently have 2 co-packing clients and looking to add more as production continues to increase – the company we lease from, Eat real Snack Foods, is also a co-pack client and their contract covers the entire lease payment of roughly $10,000 month , with roughly $4,000 extra profit. We are adding more new clients in a timely manner At this time we do not grow our own hemp, we currently source from a co-op of Canadian farmers. As the hemp/cannabis industry continues to grow and consolidate it’s very likely that Naturally Splendid could apply for a license or partner with a license holder. We feel Naturally Splendid is strongly positioned to capitalize on the ever expanding Cannabis industry, health & wellness, nutrition and animal markets; through value-added consumer products and state-of-the-art technology. We continue to see our retail lines gain traction and this will assist the company become cash flow positive, our goal is to be cash flow positive in 2018. We could also see many new partnerships and/or acquisitions as this industry continues to develop. Part of our strategic plan is seeking accretive acquisitions that compliment our growth strategy and company values. We are also seeking agreements with food manufactures for our IP, HempOmega™ and hemp protein isolate, and we hope to have positive progress updates on this in 2018. We are expecting to launch several new products under our current and future brands we are developing, so that’s something else to look forward to in the coming year. Also, with the changing Cannabis/Hemp laws coming next year in Canada, this presents numerous opportunities for Naturally Splendid to increase its offerings and revenue streams as we will be able to develop products that were not allowed in Canada before. Das kann dir nur nsp sagen. Die Hürden sind auf jedenfall nicht niedrig.

Und ist der Weg zu den Anbaulizenzen weit?

Samen haben nichts mit anbaulizenz zu tun. Sind ja Industriehanfsamen von nutzhanf, die als Futtermittel oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittel genutzt werden. Die anbaulizenz hat ja mit potenten Genussmittel Samen zu tun. Zwei paar schuhe

Die Hanfsamen kommen von Chii Hemp, die NSP 2015 erworben hat und von diversen Farmern aus Kanada, wenn ich mich nicht irre. Bitte korrigiert mich, wenn ich hier falsch liege, aber meine es so gelesen zu haben.

und woher kommen die Samen?

Nein haben sie nicht.

Wenn ich mich nicht täusche, konnten sie eine Lieferung nach Südkorea nicht erfolgreich abschliessen was zu dem "Verlust" führte. Sonst ist dein Standpunkt schlüssig. Dumme Frage aber er kommt mir erst jetzt. Hat nsp... eigentlich eine der 45 Anbaulizen?

Verstehst du was ich meine?

Naturally Splendid erzielte in den drei bzw. neun Monaten zum 30. September 2017 einen Umsatz in Höhe von 315.702 $ bzw. 1.384.651 $; im Jahr 2016 lag der Umsatz in den Vergleichsperioden bei 1.235.740 $ bzw. 6.333.620 $. Dieser Einnahmenrückgang ist auf die deutlich geringeren Umsätze aus dem Massenverkauf von Hanfsamen nach Südkorea zurückzuführen. Der Detailverkauf blieb auf konstantem Niveau und im Online-Verkauf wurde ein höherer Umsatz erzielt.

Da ich aktuell nicht in NS investiert bin, ist es mir relativ egal (ja, ich war lange investiert und Folge dennoch der Firma weil sie interessant ist). Es gab und gibt hier aber noch genügend Kapitalerhöhungen, weil einfach noch nicht das Cash generiert wird, das die breite Produktpalette hergibt. Ich habe mit Argusaugen jede Financials pro Quartal verfolgt und wurde seit meinem Ausstieg jedes Mal enttäuscht. NS ist und bleibt ein interessantes Unternehmen, das es aber noch nicht geschafft hat seine tolle Ideen und teilweise auch schon bestehende Produkte so zu positionieren, dass Geld bei rum kommt. Das willst du nun wirklich mit Aphria vergleichen?! Pünktlich zur Legalisierung in Kanada 2018 wird eine 100.000 Qm2 Anlage fertig und es wird eine Menge an Cash generiert. Vielleicht ist das ja genau die Krux bei NS. Bisschen Hundefutter da, bisschen Hanfprodukte da, eine Auslieferung nach Korea, eine Anlage zur Produktion in Kanada.

Was ist deine These zur Entwicklung in 2 Jahren?

Das ist kein Argument. Schau Vergleiche an.

Vonda, es brauch nur ein Gegenargument: Dass NS um fast das 100fache steigen muss, damit deine These schlüssig wird. Merkst selbst oder? Also lass bitte solche unterirdische Statements.
