Anteile von Smartbroker wurden jetzt zu interactive Broker übertragen und eingebucht. Habe eben eine Testorder erstellt mit limitkurs 10% über Marktpreis und diese wurde problemlos angenommen.

Ich bin länger schon drin. Gefühlt kommt nach jeder Entscheidung erneut eine Berufung nach einer Berufung. Zwei Urteile wurden geurteilt und trotzdem haben wir kein Cent gesehen. Dazu kommt jetzt das es nicht Handelbar ist.

$NLST They are addressing the District Court 463 case and the damages awarded...this is a crucial aspect. Judges are pushing back nicely on Samsung's BS and have a good grasp of the substance and Netlist's damages model used by the expert Kennedy.
This is panning out better that I expected and I'm also a bit surprised by the panel's astuteness and position.
We'll see what happens and how it plays out. Essentially they have to find that Gilstrap erred...not likely but who knows, and even if remanded for a damages retrial, it still indicates Netlist will get damages, with only the number left to be decided.
So far so good though...don't want to jinx it!

Trading212 verschiebt die Verwahrung von der zypriotischen Gesellschaft zur deutschen Gesellschaft. Ich hoffe dass hierdurch auch ein Transfer möglich ist, da dort der Handel ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Falls dann irgendwann ein Übertrag möglich ist (von ING) und erfolgreich war gebe ich Bescheid.

Habe mal ein Ticket bei interactive Broker erstellt Dear Interactive Brokers Support, I have an approved permission for US Stocks in my account. However, when attempting to simulate a trade in NLST (OTC Pink), I receive the following message: “Not allowed to open a position: no trading permission.” I would like to clarify whether my account will be permitted to liquidate (sell only) an existing position in this OTC Pink security after shares are transferred into my account. My intention is not to initiate a new position, but solely to ensure that liquidation of an existing holding will be possible. Could you please confirm whether selling OTC Pink securities such as NLST is permitted for my account once the shares are deposited? Thank you in advance for your clarification. Kind regards,
So, nachdem ich mein Finanzprofil modifiziert habe Kann ich bei interactive Broker otc pink handeln.
Kaufmaske scheint zu funktionieren. Ich werde im nächsten Schritt versuchen meine Anteile von Smartbroker zu ib zu transferieren und hoffe das sie dort auch handelbar sind dann. Die Verwahrstelle hatte ich schon bei Smartbroker zu DTC verschoben.

anfang märz ist die nächste anhörung 5 patente Berufung von netlist inklusive berufung samsung gegen das 300 millionen urteil, monate später ein urteil dann, die restlichen 3 dann irgendwann noch
