Eine HP von Orenswift Ventures Ltd. fand ich nicht, nur Weinhändler, die so heissen 😂🍷 (exklusive Weinflaschen als Dividenden 🤣). Das ist vermutlich eine Börsenhülle, so wie DeFi damals die Hülle von Routemaster Capital übernommen hatte.

We give NO shares to Corefi. Defi and Core take over Orenswift. Core puts in 20 mln in core tokens. Corefi (the new company) raises 20 mln to also put in Core tokens. Core and Defi each own 50% of Corefi less whatever dilution occurs to raise money for the additional 20 mln. Once raise Defi will own a large percentage of Corefi as will Core which should trade at similar multiples to Sol Strategies and Neptune, thereby creating huge value for Defi

Ja, es sind Unklarheiten was DeFi betrifft in dieser Dreierkoalition. Abwarten, bis alles durchgeführt ist, die HP u. Firma fertig steht u. wie es im DeFi Portfolio ausschaut, ob sie 50 % Anteile daran haben oder ob es in Form einer Partnerschaft ist u. was genau unter spin-off verstanden worden ist. In weiterer Folge wird man sehen, wie DeFi in dem System arbeitet, mit ihren Token oder...von Kunden...

Drüben rechnen sie mit Ende März mit Aufnahme zum Nasdaq. Wäre ein guter Zeitpunkt, da im Febr. die Aufnahme in den MSCI ansteht. Heisst, es werden in diesem Monat schätzungsweise 4,5 - 10 Mio Aktien gekauft lt. Mgmt.
