"New World Solutions Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 50 million units of the company at a price of two cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds up to $1-million." 50.000.000 neue Units (!) und 2 Cent sind umgerechnet gerade mal 0,0136 Euro. Da besteht die Gefahr, dass der Kurs auch massiv wieder einbrechen wird. Nur meine Meinung.
