Hier die wesentliche Passage aus dem Antrag (F1): This is the initial public offering of units, each consisting of one of our common shares, no par value, and one warrant, each to purchase one of our common shares of Innocan Pharma Corporation. The estimated initial public offering price is $9.75, based on the last reported sale price of our common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange, or CSE (after giving effect to a proposed of 65-for-1 reverse share split). We have applied to list our common shares and warrants on the Nasdaq Capital Market, or Nasdaq, under the symbols “INNP” and “INNPW”, respectively. It is a condition to the closing of this offering that our common shares qualify for listing on a national securities exchange. Our common shares are currently traded on the CSE under the symbol “INNO”. On July 22, 2025, the last reported sale price of our common shares was CAD$0.21 (approximately $0.15) per share (prior to giving effect to a proposed 65-for-1 reverse share split). Our common shares are also quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker symbol “INNPF,” and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, or FSE, under the symbol “IP4.” The last reported sale price of our common shares on the OTCQB on July 22, 2025 was $0.147, and the last reported sale price of our common shares on the FSE on July 22, 2025 was EUR 0.128 (approximately $0.15) per share (all prior to giving effect to a proposed 65-for-1 reverse share split). 9,75 USD Ausgabe --> geht u.U. kurz hoch und dann relativ schnell runter. Kann man vergleichen mit dem IPO Innocan in 2020. Also kriegt man die Shares vielleicht zur Hälfte schon nach paar Wochen des Listings ;-) Deshalb haben sie einen Puffer eingebaut.

Für den Nas Global bedarf es 4 $ zum Listening. Wenn ich richtig gelesen habe bedarf es hier die 2 Dollar…sollten aber über 6 Wochen nicht unterschritten werden. Gefährliches Spiel…Kapitalerhöhung/RS…50:50! Dazu noch das übliche geschwurbel hier im Forum…naja

Ich persönlich gehe sogar vom Allzeithoch 2021 aus.

Die Aussage, das man hier eventuell nochmal bei 0,10-0,11 Cent vor den Quartalszahlen und dem Plenum einsteigen kann, muss ich zurück nehmen. Das wird jetzt definitiv nicht mehr passieren.

Eine Aktienzusammenlegung im Verhältnis 10 zu 1 bringt den Kurs sehr schnell von €-,15 auf €1,50. Und der Weg an die NAS ist frei!

Der Weg von 15 Cent auf 1,50 Euro ginge sehr schnell mit Zulassung FDA für den veterinärmedizinischen Bereich und dem Einstieg eines anderen Pharmakonzern. Die Verzehnfachung von 4 auf 40 Dollar wird, wenn überhaupt, nur möglich, wenn Innocan tatsächlich plötzlich seriös wird ( Nasdaq und Polli... das passt nicht ) und die " Stay tuned - Möhre " durch messbare Ergebnisse ersetzt die überzeugen : Nettogewinne aus OTC - Produkten, LPT - Patente, FDA - Zulassung und erfolgreiche Vermarktung Tiermedizin, erfolgreiche Humanstudien und dann die entsprechende Nachfrage am Markt... Ich hatte darauf spekuliert das IC erst die o. g. Hausaufgaben erledigt die die Aktie deutlich über 1 Euro heben und erst danach den Schritt zur Nasdaq macht.

Ja, deswegen bin ich jetzt auch komplett raus, auch wenn hart war ganz zu verkaufen.
