Schaut euch den Chart an, der sagt alles. Der Abverkauf der letzten Tage war eklig und sicher kein gutes Zeichen. Ernst wird es aber erst, wenn es deutlich unter die 34$ geht, weil dann die (eigentlich bullische) Konsolidierung nach unten aufgelöst wird. Ich glaube aber nur, dass das passiert, wenn alle Wachstumswerte weiter abgestraft werden.

Guten Morgen zusammen...das Thema Delisting halte ich für reine Panikmache. Das hat einer bei yahoo finance mal beleuchtet und es klingt plausibel: "There are a lot of reasons why this new potential rule and regulation planned by the SEC has little to no effect on NIO and its shares except for creating fear for the people that are not financially literate and do not completely understand companies like Nio and Tesla. The number one reason to not even care is that nothing has happened yet. Nio can still be able to comply with the American auditing standards in time. They have 3 years time to arrange all of this. THREE WHOLE YEARS. If Nio cannot comply with the American auditing standards and it gets Delisted from the NYSE, it will just go to the OTC (over the counter market). Nio being on OTC will filter out the majority of the amateurs that are less experienced traders and gamblers, as some brokers don’t work with OTC and not a lot of people, understand it. Institutional investors (the big boys) might become happy with this as having less retail (investors) will make the share less volatile. Nio is not only listed on an American stock exchange, which in this case is NYSE. Nio is also already listed on the German, United Kingdom and Mexican stock exchange. Nio can simply list its shares on other exchanges, including China. Depending on your broker and country regulations, you are able to move your shares to another exchange. Nio is seen on this list, however, their auditor is a world-renowned accredited auditor called PWC ( Price Waterhouse Coopers) which even have their own department of Fraud risk investigations & management. Nio can simply solve this issue by allowing PCAOB to inspect their auditing (done by an official U.S. regulator."

Alles relativ easy. Wenn die Trendlinie hält, ist erstmal alles gut. Wenn nicht, dann bricht der Kurs nach unten aus. Dann kann es in Richtung 22$ laufen. Ich warte schon Monate drauf, wahrscheinlich ist es mir nicht vergönnt ;-) Dazu bräuchte es wirklich noch einmal einen schmerzvollen Abverkauf wie die letzten Tage in Wachstumswerten.

Guten Morgen zusammen, ein neuer Tag und neues Glück! Die Meldung über den Rückzug von Didi ist teilweise polemisch, zudem entspricht der letzte Satz im letzten Absatz nicht den Tatsachen - da fehlt insgesamt das Zeitfenster, um so ein Verfahren durchzusetzen - reine Panikmache und überflüssig!

Guten Morgen @ all ✌ ich bitte Heute wenigsten um einen grünen Tag - dieses Gefühl von Gestern will ich nicht das ganze Weekend erleiden müssen. Mein verbrannter KO mit 0.001 will ich auch noch nicht ausm Depot hauen... klar ist er tot und trotzdem will man es nicht wahrhaben 🙈

Wenn Nio sich weiterhin treu bleibt, sollten wir zum 16.Dezember erneut ein low sehen. Fraglich nur, ob wir dann tiefer oder höher als jetzt dann stehen werden.
