Der bereits vereinbarte Basispreis bei bereits bestehenden Beteiligungen bleibt wohl bestehen, wurde nur für zukünftige Beteiligungen ausgeschlossen.

Ich verstehe nicht ganz warum man sich erst allerhand beteiligt um sich dann vom floorprice abzuwenden. Wenn ich meine Verhandlungsposition stärken will dann mache ich das doch vorher? Auch mal abgesehen vom zukünftigen Wert meiner Beteiligung. Wo ist mein Denkfehler?
