Nordic Unmanned awarded frame agreement with railway infrastructure owner Bane NOR 28.9.2021 11:25:12 CEST | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state Nordic Unmanned has received an award letter for a 4-year framework contract for the entire rail infrastructure in Norway from Bane NOR. The scope of the framework contract covers observations and measurements, reporting of results, post-processing and analysis related to the rail infrastructure, in order to assist technical staff and management to identify measures or actions to be taken. 4-year contract As incumbent supplier to Bane NOR since 2016, Nordic Unmanned expects a revenue of minimum NOK 30 million over the duration of this contract, due to increase in scope and geographical area compared to previous contract. The length of the contract is 2 years, with the possibility of a 1 1-year extension, making the total contract duration 4 years, as previous contract. The value of the contract is based on call-offs from the customer. According to Norwegian public procurement regulations there is a 10-day grace period before signature. “Bane NOR is one of our longest standing customers, and Nordic Unmanned greatly appreciates the good working relationship that has been developed between the two parties. We see this award as a confirmation that our joint service development, technology implementation and quest for future work methodologies, has resulted in financial savings as well as safe and efficient data collections on behalf of the client. Nordic Unmanned receives clearance for the acquisition of AirRobot 23.9.2021 14:10:18 CEST | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state Reference is made to Nordic Unmanned’s announcement on the 12th of July, regarding the acquisition of all shares in AirRobot. Nordic Unmanned has received all relevant clearances from the German Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy to move forward with the acquisition of AirRobot. The acquisition can now be completed and the closing is expected to happen shortly. Consolidation into Nordic Unmanned will happen from the date of closing. AirRobot has around 30 employees and is located in Arnsberg, Germany, where the company has facilities of about 2000 square meters. The next steps between Nordic Unmanned and AirRobot include: - Closing of the acquisition and organizational integration. - Integration of AirRobot systems and technologies together with Nordic Unmanned systems, technologies and operations. - Opening new markets to AirRobot’s product portfolio within the Security and Logistic market verticals. - Further development of the delivery drone system. “This is a great day for anyone associated with Nordic Unmanned and AirRobot. Ja und nein. Ja, es muss/soll ja nicht ein überbewertetes Unternehmen sein, aber nein, 45/50 NOK sind nicht psychologisch. Derzeit befinden wir uns ein einer großen Bandbreite, die eher nach "will aber kann nicht" aussieht. Gute Nachricht kommt und es geht erst einmal nach oben, um dann wieder über die Folgetage abzutauchen. Es wäre schon an der Zeit, dass man (eben gerne auch langsam) den nachhaltigen Weg nach oben antritt.

Wie gesagt, ich finde es gerade eigtl gut dass wir hier als underdog fahren. Was bringt es dir wenn du ein extrem hochbewertetes Unternehmen wie z.b. das branchenähnliche Ageagle hast und dann bei guten Zahlen zwar nachkaufen kannst, aber sicher nicht mehr günstig. Selbst wenn du jetzt bei 45 nok wärst, würdest du doch eh nicht verkaufen, wäre für dich ne rein psychologische Sache.

Ich sehe das auch als langfristiges Investment, dennoch könnte sich die Aktie jetzt einmal (wieder) Richtung 45/50 NOK bewegen. Gerne in kleinen Schritten, aber eben dauerhaft.

Nordic Unmanned successfully completes Initial Configuration Test – Triggers signature process of EUR 20 million contract 22.9.2021 15:06:05 CEST | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state In reference to the notice made to market on the 29th of July regarding the conditional letter of award received from the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) regarding fixed-wing RPAS (drone) services carrying out long-range general maritime surveillance, with the contract value of up to EUR 20 million. The mandatory initial configuration test (ICT) for EMSA/OP/46/2020 has now been successfully completed with a live flight on the 15th of September 2021 and the ICT report has been submitted, all within the timeframe of the tender process. Nordic Unmanned has signed and submitted the contract provided by EMSA. The tender process grants The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) 14 days to respond to the submitted report with their determination on signature of the framework contract. Nordic Unmanned expects to receive the counter signed signature within 14 days and to receive the first specific contract call-offs in Q4 2021, with revenue effect from Q4 2021. Ich frage mich warum nicht mal Redeye Research das Unternehmen covert. Sind ja spezialisiert auf skandinavische Wachstumsunternehmen. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The transaction is now successfully completed. As part of the settlement, the board of directors resolved, pursuant to the board authorisation granted by the ordinary general meeting held on 26 May 2021, to increase the company's share capital by NOK 123,179, by issuance of 123,179 new ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1, at a subscription price of NOK 40.59112 per share. The issuance of new shares is conditional upon registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
