The most bearish analyst on $NVO just raised their target. Quietly. While keeping the negative rating to save face.
Bernstein: DKK 175 to DKK 200. Up 14%. Still rated Underperform.
This is how bearish capitulation begins. The analyst who was most negative blinks first, raises the number, but keeps the label to avoid admitting the thesis is changing.
Worth remembering: Bernstein hosts Lilly's Strategic Decisions Conference. Same firm. And even they just moved their Novo floor up 14%.
When the most conflicted bear on the street raises their target, the floor of the estimate range moves with them. DKK 175 is gone. DKK 200 is the new bottom.
Meanwhile the stock trades at DKK 283, Novo buys back 200,000 shares a day at DKK 290-302, and the CHMP opinion on the European oral monopoly lands any day now.
The narrative updates last. But it's starting to update.
