Grundsätzlich hat sich nichts geändert, und Analysten zufolge herrscht nun mehr Klarheit bezüglich der Finanzierung. Ellisons Aktienverkauf ist jedoch ein negatives Signal für das Vertrauen. Ich werde prüfen, wie viele Aktien er noch hält.

Tut mir leid, ich hatte den Link bei Robinhood noch nicht überprüft. Das ist mit Sicherheit die Ursache. Ellison war auch bei der Telefonkonferenz zu den Geschäftszahlen nicht anwesend. Zieht er sich aus dem Unternehmen zurück? Er ist eine sehr umstrittene Persönlichkeit, daher ist es vielleicht das Beste.

Oracle founder Larry Ellison has entered into a trading plan that would allow him to sell up to 50 million of his shares in the software company, or $7.5 billion worth of stock at the current price.
Ellison adopted the plan on June 22, and it’s set to end on Oct. 24, according to a regulatory filing published Friday.
It’s an unusual move for Ellison, who has held onto a substantial part of the company that he launched in 1977. He controls over 40% of Oracle, according to FactSet, and would still own 1.1 billion shares if he sells all of the stock in the plan.
Since the start of this century, Ellison has never sold more than 25,000 Oracle shares at any given time, according to FactSet. A spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Ellison, 82, has helped turn Oracle from a legacy software maker into a major player in artificial intelligence infrastructure. In its earnings report on Thursday, Oracle exceeded estimates, boosted by 121% year-over-year growth in cloud infrastructure revenue.
But getting there has required Oracle to take on mounds of debt, raising concerns among investors who have pushed the stock down roughly 20% this year.
Ellison, the world’s seventh-richest person, helped finance the 2025 merger of his son David Ellison’s production company, Skydance, with Paramount.

Die Aktie kennt seit einem Jahr nur eine Richtung und der ist sie auch gestern trotz bombastischer Zahlen gefolgt. Währenddessen feiern alle anderen die guten Daten mit, nur der Urheber selbst nicht 😄

Ich wusste das tatsächlich auch nicht, und ich glaube, ich habe irgendwo gehört, dass dies auf der Investor-Konferenz im Oktober bekannt gegeben werden soll. Jedenfalls haben alle Analysten hier das nur beiläufig erwähnt: 'Oracle announces Equity and Debt Financing Plan for Calendar Year 2026 February 1, 2026 'On the equity side, Oracle plans to raise approximately half of its 2026 funding through a combination of equity-linked and common equity issuances. This is expected to include an initial issuance of mandatory convertible preferred securities, representing a modest portion of the overall equity funding, as well as a newly authorized at-the-market equity program of up to $20 billion. The company plans to issue equity from the at-the-market program flexibly over time at prevailing market prices, based on market conditions and capital needs.'
