Hat denn pharmasimple da überhaupt noch ein Veto Recht oder ist der Geldgeber nicht viel mehr einfach berechtigt, sich die Aktien zu nehmen und dafür die Verbindlichkeit zu reduzieren? Ich kenne mich mit Wandelanleihen nicht 100% aus... Ich bin immer noch enttäuscht darüber, dass man die Wandeloption des Geldgebers nicht wenigstens bis nächstes Jahr ausgeschlossen hat
