@LittleJack: Die NOK 0.01 sind nur der Nennwert, nicht der Ausübungspreis. Optionen an Mitarbeitende sollten incentives sein und sollten also erst dann profitabel sein, wenn man etwas geleistet hat, sprich, der Aktienpreis auf eine gewisse Höhe steigt.
