@Donald64, yup, hast recht. Glaub das der Kurs auch noch unter1 fallen kann, aber spätestens im September pusht man das Ding dann hoch um das Delisting zu vermeiden. Wird durch die KE leichter. Ist aber alles nur meine persönliche Meinung. Ob Sabby der Investor ist würde mich auch interessieren , glaub aber schon.

@Genesys, @Auctus, Und dabei ist der bei einer Kapitalerhöhung zwangläufig stattfindende Verwässerungseffekt, der den Preis der Aktien so drückt, daß die MCAP nach der KE in etwa der vor der KE entspricht noch nicht berücksichtigt - eine klassische Milchmädchenrechnung, die nur aus der Hoffnung entspringt. Weiß jemand ob der Käufer Sabby heißt? Gruß Donald

@PfeilundBogen: Derzeit liegt die MCAP bei 5,62 Mio USD beim Kurs von 1,423 USD. Wenn nochmaals 3,8 Mio dazu kommen, sind wir bei 9,42 Mio. Die nächste Verwässerungsrunde wird am 10. August kommen (siehe Punkt 8 der Hauptversammlung). Dann möchte man die Anzahl der ausgehbaren Aktien wieder einmal erhöhen, was für die Aktionäre dann eher eine Enthauptungsversammlung sein dürfte. @Auctus: 9,42 Mio ist leider knapp vorbei an den 10Mio, die zur Vermeidung des Delistings notwendig sind. Aber bis November ist ja noch ein wenig Zeit. Da kommt bestimmt noch eine Verwässerung (spätestens bei der nächsten guten Nachricht).

So sehr mich des heute wieder nervt , dürfte das drohende Delisting erstmal hinfällig sein. Über das "acting" heute schreib ich lieber nichts , würde mich nur in Kraftausdrücken verlieren.

Typisch: Wert pumpen, eine gute Nachricht und dann direkt eine Verwässerung hinterher schieben. Und die Shorsteller wussten es vorher, haben kräftig Aktien geliehen und damit heute maximal abgeräumt. Was für Betrüger.

Wenn ich mir den Reverse-Split vor Augen halte, dann entspricht ein Kurs von 40USD dem vorherigen Kurs von 1 USD. Durch den RS hat ein gestiegenes Interesse an der Aktie einen stärkeren Hebel. Wenn die Shortseller sich etwas zurück halten, dann sehe ich gute Chancen für einen weiteren Kursanstieg. Es entspricht allerdings auch dem typischen Vorgehen der Hedgefonds, dem Kurs zeitweise eine Erholung zu erlauben um dann wieder abzugreifen. Zudem steht ein Delisting an, wenn die Marktkapitalisierung unter 10Mio USD bleibt. Ein weiterer Grund für die Hedgefonds, dem Wert eine Erholung zu gönnen, denn eine tote Kuh kann man nicht melken.

Neuigkeiten vom Prozess RedHill gegen Kukbo (NY Case No. 653200/200): RedHill hat eine Schlichtung (Commercial Division Alternative Dispute Resolution "ADR") abgelehnt. Am 10. August kommt es daher nochmals zu einer (mündlichen Verhandlung). Im Raum stehen knapp 5 Mio USD, die Kukbo an RedHill zahlen soll.
