First Published: Feb. 5, 2026 at 8:02 p.m. ET A punishing bitcoin selloff that has erased more than half of the pioneering crypto’s value saw a wild swing Thursday evening, with its price falling more than 5% at one point.
But bitcoin’s price recovered just as quickly, and was last up around 3%. From 4 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday to its lowest point Thursday evening, bitcoin had declined a total of about 17%, FactSet data showed, trading just above $60,000 a coin at one point. Earlier on Thursday, bitcoin tallied its biggest one-day drop since the collapse of crypto exchange FTX.

Ich denke eher hier hat einer falsche Erwartungen, nach so einer starken Korrektur ist eine Bodenbildung angesagt und die kann Monate oder länger dauern und bei der schlechten Stimmung gegenüber Software Unternehmen eher länger

Das muss man sich mal vorstellen, seit September 2025 hat alleine Oracle wenn ich richtig überschlagen habe etwa 600 Mrd.$ an Marktkapitalisierung verloren. Das ist in etwa dreimal soviel wie SAP heute wert ist.

Wir kommen doch mit einem plus heute raus. Ich habe parallel immer die Realtimekurse von Salesforce, MS und Oracle laufen, da sieht es wesentlich schlechter aus
