Sibanye-Stillwater finalises wage agreement at its US PGM operations East Boulder mine Johannesburg, 30 September 2026: Sibanye-Stillwater (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) is pleased to announce that its workforce has successfully ratified a new collective bargaining agreement at its East Boulder mine in Montana in the United States, effective retroactively from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, with the United Steel Workers International Union (USW). The new agreement provides a wage increase of 4.5% in year one and the greater of 3.5% or Consumer Price Index (CPI) in year two and the greater of 3.0% or CPI in year three of the agreement. The agreement is an important step in implementing the US PGM operations’ plan to fully mechanise its mining, including a move away from a rock-breaking incentive to a team-based incentive and modernising certain legacy benefits that were out-of-scope with the United States market. Strike action by members of the USW at the Stillwater East mine and Columbus metallurgical facility continues. Ist wichtig, aber da die FED gerade erst die Zinsen erhöht hat, glaube ich nicht an eine weitere, sofortige Erhöhung. Allerdings spiegeln die Daten auch immer die Gesamtgemengelage wider. Unter Trump sieht es auch nirgends nach Besserung aus, das muss man zugeben.

Johannesburg, 29 September 2026: Shareholders are advised that the Company's ordinary shares have been approved for inclusion in the list of qualifying equity securities to be traded on the A2X exchange ("A2X") with effect from 6 October 2026 (the "A2X listing date"). Sibanye-Stillwater’s primary listing on the JSE Limited, secondary listing of American depositary shares on the New York Stock Exchange, and its issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. The secondary listing on A2X is expected to provide investors with greater access to Sibanye-Stillwater’s ordinary shares through an additional regulated trading platform, enhancing shareholder choice and supporting liquidity in the Company’s shares. Sibanye-Stillwater’s ordinary shares will be available to be traded on A2X from the A2X listing date. A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies and is regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential Authority of the Reserve Bank in terms of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012, as amended.

Achte auf die Meldeschwelle!😉 T'schuldigung. Ich find's lustig und gönne dir wirklich dein aufgebautes 'Paket'. Selber kommen für mich zum weiteren Zukauf nur Kurse unter 2€ in Frage. Und der 30.9. Ist m.M. nach ein wirklich wichtiger Termin.

Ich warte noch ab. Aber ich finde die Aktien hält sich im Moment relativ gut (wenn man die Edelmetalle anschaut).

Hab nochmal 3150 Stück nachgelegt.

Johannesburg, 28 September 2026: In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the Act), Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) has received formal notification that JPMorgan Chase & Co. has, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that the total interest held by JPMorgan Chase & Co. now amounts to 5.04% of the total issued ordinary shares of Sibanye-Stillwater.

Ja. Hättest besser noch den 30. abwarten sollen, um dich zu orientieren. Aber ich habe natürlich jetzt leicht reden. SSW wird eben stark mit dem Goldpreis verknüpft.

Zeitpunkt war nicht optimal. Aber wenn es weiter runtergeht kaufe ich nochmals nach. Ich bin weiterhin zuversichtlich. Mit etwas Geduld kommt das gut.

Habe nochmals Aktien nachgekauft. Ich habe allerdings die ADR's. Hoffe es geht wieder aufwärts. Habe bisher immer schön Gewinn gemacht.
