Was auch immer kommen mg, der abbvie deal wird sicher nicht zurückgenommen und allein das sollte sirona zu einem unterbewerteten unternehmen machen

I don't worry about the CAN wall yesterday, seen this before as a means to make sure that options/warrants issued to management are favourable as calculation is based on average price during a period of time. One can only speculate about the sellout in Germany today. Within two weeks we should get announcement about the anti-aging clinical trial, an update by means of letter to shareholders and potentially get some insight of the abbvie deal (we don't know when the invoice was cut). Maybe someone was scared of the CAN wall, maybe someone needed the funds to finance something or whatever. If you deem that company value will be added during the last quarter it's a great opportunity to buy, but I warn you - the investment might double overnight

Habe auch schon hinzu gekauft. Aber meist sind’s ja immer die selben, die das derzeit tun.. und irgendwann ist man selbst ja schon hoffnungslos überladen mit Sirona 🙈

Hätte ich mehr cash würd ich nachkaufen, hab gestern eh zu 0,13€ 1k€ wieder gekauft. Langsam kann ich aber nix mehr zukaufen

Interessant ist ja auch, dass sich keiner weiter traut, zu 0,125 zuzuschlagen… Von dem Punkt aus sollten ja bei positiven Impulsen schnell 100% drin sein - zumindest kurzfristig. Solche Kurse gab es ja zuletzt bei Bekanntgabe des Wanbang-039er Updates letztes Jahr..

In fact, if you want to talk facts, in light of the aforementioned BS behaviour on this board, the company signed an agreement with one of the largest capitalized Biotech on the planet just months ago. According to the CEO, the terms are quite advantageous for Sirona and its shareholders. I don't know about you or many here, but this historical fact is objectively "impressive". So what people are really upset about here is the fact that they can't realize their investment because the share price is in the dumper. Why? It appears that there was a sell off in light of a global economic panic and everyone is now questioning the value of the agreement and deferring to historical thinking on the ability of the CEO to "tell the truth". Well, if this all turns out to be wrong and the deal does suck, well nobody here seems to know but they think they know, mostly using their own personal experience as their only measure. But if its a lot better than 18 cents a share, then you have all fooled yourselves into thinking the worse together, when in fact it wasn't. Don't be a beaten dog and take responsibility for your investments people. Buy, sell, who gives a heck.

Sie haben doch gesagt der Deal sorgt dafür daß die laufenden Kosten gedeckt sind und sich für die Zukunft und weitere Projekte alles ändert. Da können sie doch dann nicht plötzlich ne ke raushauen

Wir wissen, dass es einen AbbVie Deal gibt und eine dazugehörige Vorauszahlung gibt. Die genaue Höhe der Vorauszahlung gibt's diese Woche.
