Nevertheless, there are a range of regulatory approvals that are required to be met prior to this being achieved; · The Deed of Company Arrangement proponent will continue the business of the company and it is understood they will endeavour to launch a further constellation of nanosatellites to facilitate the communication and IoT services. Our office understands that there is no intention to bring a new business to the corporation; · GOMspace has not presented any interest in recapitalisaing the company although, may assist with the abvoe constellation; amd · Mr Moalem has assisted the Administrators throughout the process and is likely to continue in the business in some capacity. As noted in the circular to shareholders dated 14 May 2020, the Administrators applied to the Court for an extension to the convening period which was granted to 20 October 2020. Nevertheless, our office has completed the expression of interest campaign and accepted a recapitalisation offer to be presented to creditors. By way of an update, the administrators issued their major report in accordance with division 75-225 of the Insolvency Practice Rules (Corporations) 2016 on 22 June 2020 and the major meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held on 30 June 2020. The Administrators will have a further update for shareholders following this meeting. In the interim, please do not hesitate to contact me with further queries. Wie jeder hab ich auch die Möglichkeit, die Aktie ausbuchen zu lassen, jedoch wird kommen die Verluste aktuell noch nicht in den Verlustverrechnungstopf, dass Gesetz befindet sich aber aktuell noch in Klärung. :)

Ja klar. Verluste haben kein Verfallsdatum und sind immer mit Gewinnen verrechenbar.

..könnte man diese Verluste herausschieben? auf die nächsten 1-2 Jahre? und dann geltend machen?

Verluste durch Aktien sind aber nur gegen Gewinne durch Aktien verrechenbar und nur von den Gewinnen abzugsfähig

Thema steuerliche Geltendmachung: Habe soeben mit Onvista gesprochen. Über das Formular "Freihalteerklärung" kann man die Ausbuchung beantragen. Dies kann man zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg der Aktie bei der Steuererklärung einreichen. Soweit die Aussage von Onvista und "ohne Gewähr". Die Kapitalverluste werden dann nach meinem Verständnis quasi als negative Kapitalerträge gegengerechnet. Hab ich das so richtig verstanden? Hat jemand damit Erfahrung?

Also im Grunde genommen wären sie schon vor Oktober lange blank. Verdächtig dass die eigentlich ) Wochen lange Frist auf Ende Oktober verlängern wurde. Als hätten sie was im Ärmel.
