Spark Energy Announces Revised Warrant Repricing and CSE Approval
Spark Energy Minerals Inc. intends to amend the exercise price of 15 million unlisted common share purchase warrants of the company, which were issued as part of the company's acquisition of Tristar Energy Corp., which closed on March 15, 2024. The eligible warrants are currently exercisable for one common share of the company at a price of 15 cents per common share, and expire on March 15, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Vancouver time.
Further to the company's press release dated May 7, 2025, the company now intends to amend the exercise price to 7.5 cents and has received Canadian Securities Exchange acceptance. All other terms of the eligible warrants will remain the same, including the expiry date of March 15, 2026. The warrant repricing will be effective as of June 2, 2025.

Moin, keine Sorge, ich bleibe gelassen.Ich verkaufe nie mit Verlust, das war die erste Lektion, die ich gelernt habe.Dies ist mein erster Penny Stock, und ich war nur überrascht, wie volatil solche Investitionen sein können.Sollte ich meine 500 Euro verlieren, betrachte ich das als Lehrgeld.Dennoch sehe ich großes Potenzial.
Super. Ich bin aktuell immer mal kurz im Plus, dann wieder stark im Minus. Schaue es mir aber kaum an. Das ist was langfristiges. Wenn's gut läuft, ist es schön das wir von Anfang an dabei waren. Wenn nicht, ja dann wars Spielgeld.
