The company also granted a total of 7.08 million restricted share units to its directors, officers and consultants. The RSUs vest as follows: 40 per cent on the date of grant, 20 per cent on three months, 20 per cent on six months and 20 per cent on nine months. The options and the RSUs have been granted in accordance with the company's omnibus equity incentive plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Andersherum, nur weil ein CEO bei mehreren Firmen auftaucht, ist es ein Beleg dafür, dass es ein Fake ist? Dann gäbe es hier in DE aber jede Menge Fakes.
Die Partner, die sie angeben, gibt es. Ich hab zwar jetzt keine direkte Lust dort Kontaktverfolgung zu betreiben (bsp: Harris Exploration Drilling and Associates)
, aber ich sehe hier noch keine konkreten Belege.
Viel mehr ist der Kurs Ausdruck dessen, dass es nicht reicht, „Land mit Erz“ zu besitzen, man muss auch in der Lage sein, es zu fördern oder zu verkaufen. Für ersteres sehe ich Spearmint nicht und erst wenn sie zu Punkt zwei in der Lage sind, dürfte sich etwas ändern.

Ich sehe das ein wenig anders, habe ich glaube aber schonmal geschrieben.
Würde eher sagen, dass hier das Risiko auf verschiedene Firmen verteilt ist.
