The company also granted a total of 7.08 million restricted share units to its directors, officers and consultants. The RSUs vest as follows: 40 per cent on the date of grant, 20 per cent on three months, 20 per cent on six months and 20 per cent on nine months. The options and the RSUs have been granted in accordance with the company's omnibus equity incentive plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Ich sehe das ein wenig anders, habe ich glaube aber schonmal geschrieben. Würde eher sagen, dass hier das Risiko auf verschiedene Firmen verteilt ist.
