Sorry, wenn schon gepostet: Nachricht von AM - Top-News von Standard Lithium: Das Unternehmen hat gerade bekannt gegeben, mit Koch Minerals & Trading, einer Tochter des Milliardenkonzerns Koch Industries, eine Absichtserklärung unterzeichnet zu haben. Und zwar handelt es sich um eine Off-Take-Vereinbarung für Lithiumhydroxid (und andere Lithiumprodukte). Bei einer solchen Off-Take-(Abnahme-)Vereinbarung gibt es keine festen Preise, sondern man orientiert sich an den Marktpreisen. Gut für Standard Lithium, angesichts der immer weiter steigenden Lithiumpreise. Lanxess weiter voll im Rennen Abnahmemengen wurden nicht bekanntgegeben, wohl auch aus Rücksicht auf den Lanxess, den zweiten Partner von Standard Lithium. Und in der heutigen Pressemitteilung wurde dann auch explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass die Abnahmevereinbarung mit Koch „keine Auswirkungen auf bestehende oder geplante Abnahmevereinbarungen mit Lanxess in Bezug auf geplante, zukünftige Anlagen habe“. Das ist natürlich doppelt gut. Mit Koch hat Standard Lithium jetzt einen Deal in der Tasche (oder zumindest fast in der Tasche, es ist ja bisher nur eine Absichtserklärung) und Lanxess ist immer noch im Rennen.
