Erst in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2024, um genauer zu sein. Und nur, falls definierte Bedingungen bis dahin erfüllt sind: "The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and applicable regulatory approvals, including receipt of clearance under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976."
