I did run across an article from August 2023 which stated that she owned, at the time, over $4 million worth of SMCI stock. Weil die Zahlen unter den Erwartungen liegen und noch immer die Gefahr besteht, dass kein 10k eingereicht wird. Das das Committee unabhängig ist überzeug viele wahrscheinlich auch nicht. Der unabhängige Wirtschaftsprüfer ist weg, weil er wahrscheinlich sehr wohl Anhaltspunkte für unregelmäßigkeiten gefunden hat

Positiv: Laut dem Unternehmen hat ein unabhängiges Sonderkomitee keine Hinweise auf Betrug oder Fehlverhalten seitens des Managements oder des Vorstands gefunden.
