Weil die Zahlen unter den Erwartungen liegen und noch immer die Gefahr besteht, dass kein 10k eingereicht wird. Das das Committee unabhängig ist überzeug viele wahrscheinlich auch nicht. Der unabhängige Wirtschaftsprüfer ist weg, weil er wahrscheinlich sehr wohl Anhaltspunkte für unregelmäßigkeiten gefunden hat
