Und die Besetzung des Audit Committees wirft so einige Fragen auf: On May 9, 2024, which was within the cure period granted by Nasdaq in the Notice to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5605(c)(2)(A), the Company appointed each of Mr. Robert Blair and Ms. Judy Lin, both current members of the Board, as additional members of the Audit Committee. Ms. Lin is a chemical engineer and has zero experience in finance and accounting. Her previous jobs were engineering-based. I did run across an article from August 2023 which stated that she owned, at the time, over $4 million worth of SMCI stock. Kann auch genau das Gegenteil passieren. Manchmal gibt es gute Zahlen und alles wunderbar, trotzdem wird verkauft. An der Börse gab es doch mal Sprichwort (Buy good News oder was auch immer haha)))😂

Die Aussichten fürs nächste Quartal sind auch miserabel. Wird wohl morgen noch ein paar Etagen runter gehen.
