We correctly assumed the updated revenue guidance was reported with such a small change due to this forthcoming presentation. Given their fiscal year is already over, I expect this is very accurate guidance. Current 2020E: $1.091-1.093MM Using the mid-point, this equates to $381MM in Q4 Revenue, a 109% increase YoY and 32% sequential increase. BUT, late in the deck on slide 22 we find: - Sustainable long-term growth 30-40% average annual revenue growth expected through 2023 (not the 50-70% we like to see ...) - Strong gross margin profile with growing operating leverage Mid-60s gross margin, significant operating leverage opportunity (again, slightly lower than the 70-90% we like to see...- it appears Livongo's higher gross margins aren't lifting TDOC) So they are indicating that growth is slowing, gross margins aren't getting substantially better. I'll be reducing my position on this basis.

Teladoc Health (TDOC +3.7%) and DexCom (DXCM -3.0%) announcedthat joint Livongo for Diabetes and Dexcom members will now receive CGM-powered insights which will enable members to easily visualize their health information and understand how lifestyle decisions affect their blood glucose levels. In October 2020, Livongo finalized its ties with Teladoc Health while in January 2020 Dexcom announced the first phase of their strategic relationship, a data sharing agreement for Livongo for Diabetes members using Dexcom CGM technology. Both the companies will launch a pilot demonstrating the impact of insights for people with Type 2 diabetes; a broader launch across 2021. As per data, an estimated 463M adults across the world live with diabetes which is seen rising to 700M by 2045.

Q4 wird bombe werden 💣 . Wenn es heute auf die $250 geht, dann ist der Ausbruch perfekt. Es gab eine sehr lange Konsolidierungsphase. Fundamental und charttechnisch ist alles gegeben, um endlich wieder in neue Sphären zu steigen.

Ohne euch zu nahe treten zu wollen...das ist wie nach dem fragen nach den kommenden Lottozahlen. Das ist ein Ausbruch, der in der Regel eine neue Rally einleitet. Ich erhoffe mir sehr viel vom Q4 Bericht, der erste Informationen über die Synergien mit Livongo bereithält. Word dieser sehr gut, geht es hier stark Richtung Norden
