SAP gibt unmittelbar wirksame Aktualisierung ihrer Dividendenpolitik bekannt. Die neue Politik sieht eine Dividendenauszahlung in Höhe von mindestens 40% des Non-IFRS-Konzernergebnisses nach Steuern aus fortgeführten Geschäftsbereichen vor (bisher: mindestens 40% des IFRS-Konzernergebnisses nach Steuern).
