Trevena, Inc. (TRVN) (das „Unternehmen“) gab heute bekannt, dass es mit zwei institutionellen Anlegern, die auf das Gesundheitswesen ausgerichtet sind, Wertpapierkaufvereinbarungen getroffen hat, wonach Trevena sich bereit erklärte, den Käufern insgesamt 10.000.000 Stammaktien zu verkaufen einen Ausgabepreis von 1,00 USD pro Aktie in einem registrierten Direktem Angebot für einen Bruttoerlös von 10,0 Mio. USD vor Abzug der Gebühren für die Platzierungsstelle und von Trevena zu zahlenden Angebotskosten. Das Angebot wird voraussichtlich am oder um den 1. Februar 2019 geschlossen, vorbehaltlich der üblichen Abschlussbedingungen.

Das erklärt auch den Kurseinbruch trotz des positiven Anstiegs. Allerdings gehen 10 Mio. Aktien. Da hätte ich schon mit höheren Summen gerechnet. Und das die beiden großen Einsteigen finde ich persönlich eine deutliche Bereicherung und Sicherheit.

Naja das sind halt 0,66€... Könnte erstmal abschmieren
