Wolf Report analyst Seeking Alpha:” 8 analysts follow the company here, with 6 analysts at a "BUY". The price targets here go from €6 to €16/share, with an average of €10. Every target here is higher than the current €5/share for the TUI1 ticker. My PT is still at €14/share. This price target is based on, aside from simple median sales multiples (A median P/S implies almost €20/share), what the company managed when things still worked fine, which I believe they will again. At a profit of between €1-€2/share, which is not unrealistic based on 2024-2025E numbers, the current share price for the TUI1 ticker implies a P/E of less than 5x. I would forecast it, non-impaired by current results, at 13-15x P/E for the longer term, which at a €14/share PT and P/E implies managing an EPS of €0.93. The company is close to managing €0.7 this year. This forward expectation and what we're already seeing in terms of earnings is, I believe, a good indication of what we can expect in the future and why I chose this price target and do not believe it warrants a change. TUI is a risky prospect - but it's not as risky as you might think. The recovery seems to me to be clear - and the current KPIs are confirming this, with 1% net margin, 2% operating margin, and 2.75% FCF margin - that's a recovery from negative numbers. My main reason for viewing this company in a much more positive light than previous articles is that the company has begun to seriously, and fundamentally move the needle when it comes to improving for the next few years. To say that the company still has ways to go would be an understatement, but we've seen that the company can once again generate positive results, and I believe this to be only the beginning of an upward trend. I believe the forecast be accurate based on the continued downpayment of company debt, which will clear away interest costs, the company's sheer market position across its main markets, and improvement in its capital structure with new approaches for JV's and how powerful the reversal in top-line results are. It bears understanding just how bad this downturn was for the company, to understand why I expect what I expect. TUI Revenue TUI Revenue (S&P Global/TIKR) Once the company gets its ducks in a row in terms of restoring the margins, - which by the way has already begun, and is continuing going into 2023-2024E - I believe earnings will recover to the same level, at which point arguments against a higher multiple will be extremely few.

Hängt ja alleine vom Gewinn ab. Für 8 Euro müsste schon 1,1 - 1,2 Mrd. Gewinn am 06.12. kommen Die 7 um eine Milliarde Gewinn. Unter 900 Millionen rutschen wir auf den Ausgabekurs der neuen Aktien zurück.

Wie seht ihr das, fairer Wert, Potenzial, Szenarien?

Hi, bin Aktiennewbie mit geringem Anlagebetrag, hab seit um 5,5€ auf ca 20 prozent TUi hochgekauft, bin seit Ende Mai in Tui klein mit 4 Prozent, sehe TUI bei KGV ca 2,5, Schulden ca. 2 Mrd €, an sich margenschwach, aber was ich so bestechend finde ist das Forward Geschäft(zahle jetzt, Leistung irgendwann), aufgrund der genannten Buchungszahlen Winter23/j24 sollte die Schulden keine Rolle spielen, Wachstumzahlen sehe ich moderat ehrlich gesagt habe ich höhere dies Jahr erwartet, was mir nicht gut gefällt ist die Höhe Kapitalbindung und imho intansparente IR-nicht vorhandene Marketing-IR- Fußballer als GF ist schon strange, hadere deswegen, ob ich morgen schon teilverkaufe, hätte gerne overall min. 6,4 besser 6,8€/Share und würde dann auf normale Posi-Grösse reduzieren.

Wir sind immer noch tiefen Bereich. Niveau bekommt die Aktie erst über dem Sommerhoch von 7,30. Da würde ich aber schon wieder aussteigen...

Wir haben seit 23.10 ein niedrigeres niveau. Wobei heute morgen schon ein großer Teil gehandelt wurde...muss man mal schauen wo wir am ende des Tages landen
